The Paper Clay Collection

The clay paper sculptures of Paola Paronetto are a study in materiality and form. Crafted through the long and laborious procedure of crafting ceramics out of paper, she has innovated in texture and silhouette while utilizing an idiosyncratic sense of color.

Nature always inspires, more so than ever in this slender and graceful collection of vases and bowls with a floral spirit. They are corollas of Anemones and Tulips that unfold gently, defying the laws of balance and daring fluid geometries, like flowers swaying in the breeze.
