We don’t intentionally collect sensitive information (like medical or financial records) or personal data from anyone under 13 years old.

We never sell your information for money. We may, however, share limited data with trusted partners who help us operate our business:

  • Shopify for e-commerce and hosting

  • Shopify POS for in-store transactions

  • Shopify Payments / Shop Pay and other payment gateways (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • Mailchimp and Shopify Email to send updates and newsletters

  • UPS and shipping carriers will deliver your purchases

  • Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok to measure and improve our advertising

These partners are required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes described here.
If Dixon Rye ever merges with or is acquired by another company, your information may be transferred to that new entity under the same protections.

  • Access, correction, or deletion: Email hello@dixonrye.com or call 404.883.3939. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing your request. If a request is denied, you may appeal by replying to our response.

International customers (EEA/UK)

If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under GDPR. Your information may be transferred to the United States and protected using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other safeguards.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or transfer your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Retention and security

We retain:

  • Order and tax records for seven years (as required by law)

  • Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or request deletion

  • Analytics data per vendor defaults (typically up to 26 months)

Shopify and our providers use encryption, access controls, and PCI-DSS-compliant systems to protect your information. While no online system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.

If we introduce new features

If we add features like in-store Wi-Fi, CCTV, or SMS marketing, we’ll update this policy before collecting any new data. You’ll always have a choice about whether to participate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new laws, technology, or ways of doing business. When we do, we’ll post the update here and revise the date above. If changes are significant, we’ll share a clear notice on our website.
